Deleting from within the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

• Open the Argentum app.
• Go to the Profile tab, then open Settings.
• Under Account, choose Delete Google Account. This item appears when you are signed in with Google.
• Type the requested confirmation, then tap Delete Account Permanently.

Deleting without the app

If you have already uninstalled the app, send a request to support@argentum.id from the Google email address you signed in with. We require verification from that address so that nobody else can delete your account.

Requests are processed within 30 business days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

The following is permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be restored.

• Account profile: name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier (UID).
• App preferences: language, display currency, and notification settings.
• Your device list and notification tokens.
• Public wallet addresses linked to your account.
• Transaction notes and labels you wrote yourself.

Data that is not deleted

Your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys are never stored on our servers — they live on your own device. Deleting your account therefore does not touch them, and your funds are unaffected. To remove them, use Delete Wallet inside the app or uninstall the app.

Records of stakes still running are retained until maturity, because those records are the basis of our obligation to pay your tokens. After deletion you will no longer be able to view or request withdrawal through the app, so keep your own proof of stake before deleting your account.

Transaction data on the Solana blockchain is public and permanent. We have no ability to delete it, and neither does anyone else.

Records we are required to keep under applicable law are retained for the period required.
