Terms of Service

Nature of the service

Argentum is a non-custodial wallet for the Solana network. Your private keys are generated and stored on your own device. We do not hold them and cannot access your funds.

Consequently, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase. If it is lost, no one — including us — can restore access to your funds.

Transactions are irreversible

Every transaction submitted to the blockchain is final. We cannot cancel, reverse, or modify it. Verify the recipient address and amount before sending.

Token swaps

Swaps are routed through third-party liquidity pools (Raydium). Prices move, and the final result may differ from the estimate shown.

In pools with limited liquidity, large trades can move the price significantly, so you may receive far less than the market rate. The app shows an estimated price impact before you confirm, and the decision is yours.

Staking is custodial

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Unlike your wallet, tokens you stake ARE SENT TO AN ADDRESS WE CONTROL and recorded in our systems. They are not locked by an on-chain program.

This means the return of both principal and yield depends entirely on our ability and willingness to meet that obligation. We publish periodic reserve-adequacy checks, but these are not a guarantee.

Staked tokens cannot be withdrawn before the term ends. Yield is calculated and fixed at the time of deposit.

Not financial advice

All information in the app and on this site, including prices, charts, and yields, is provided as-is for informational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and may lose all value. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Your obligations

• Be at least 18 years old and legally competent.
• Comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
• Not attempt to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, including for legal or security reasons.

The service depends on third parties — the Solana network, RPC providers, and liquidity pools — that are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from: loss of your seed phrase, incorrect recipient addresses, price movements, blockchain network failure or congestion, third-party service outages, or unauthorised access to your device.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Deleting an account does not extinguish obligations already incurred by either party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first addressed by good-faith discussion; failing that, by the competent courts of Indonesia.
